By using Fiverr Team services operated by FTUS LLC ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
We provide Amazon marketplace growth services including but not limited to SEO, PPC management, listing optimization, product launch support, brand development, social media marketing, competitor analysis, wholesale consultation, and software development.
Our money-back guarantee applies when agreed performance targets are not met within the agreed timeline, as documented in your service agreement. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the guarantee period ending. The guarantee does not apply to cases where the client fails to provide necessary account access, implements conflicting strategies, or violates Amazon Seller policies.
You agree to provide accurate business information, maintain your Amazon Seller account in good standing, grant necessary permissions for our team to perform agreed services, and not implement competing strategies that would conflict with our work without prior discussion.
Payment is due as agreed in your service order. We accept PayPal, Stripe, cryptocurrency, bank wire, and local bank transfers. All fees are non-refundable except as covered by the money-back guarantee. Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days written notice.
We treat all client business information, strategies, and data as strictly confidential. We will not share your account information, sales data, or business strategies with any third party without your written consent.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Amazon marketplace changes, algorithm updates, or policy changes outside our control do not constitute service failure.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
